Japanese License Plate Substitution

This mod replaces the license plates in GTA V with Japanese style plates. Please note that the images are slightly distorted as they were created from photographs. The numbers on the plates cannot be changed, but most of the vehicles commonly seen on Japanese streets are covered. This should prove useful when creating movie scenes set in Japan using R☆Editor.
