Japanese Car Plates Mod (White Album 2/Touma Kazusa Edition Anime) - Add-On/Replacement

As a reminder, PLS do not take the last two photos that are with "White Album 2" on it(©).

If I'm not wrong, this should be the first Japanese [Add-on] License Plates in GTAinside and 5MODS.

Features:

• [2.8][Add-on] Renew layout
• [2.8][Add-on] Added new plate_n plates
• [2.1 + Extra](Know as [2.1+]):
• Renew (v1.0 & 1.1) 2D Plate_n
• Image.png files change to dds form(there is some reason)
• Updated the notepad
• Change the Beta Livery notepad to stop developing.
• [2.0 + Extra]:
• 3D PLATE (convex/concave)
• Renew layout
• Added texture
• New notepads
• Extra
• [1.1]:
• Updated the Notepad
• Renamed the files
• [1.0]
• - Release

Not perfect(Ver 1.0/1.1):

Haven't made it 3D for the Regional Code, Vehicle Class Code, and the Hiragana Prefix. (If you don't know and are interested you can look them up.)
