Japan License Plate
This modification replaces the standard license plate (license plate01) with a Japanese one.
Installation:
Using OpenIV, replace the "Vehshare.ytd" file with the one provided in this mod. The path is: X64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
