1. Using OpenIV, navigate to:
/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5
2. Extract your vehicles.meta file and open it.
3. Search for "sheriff2".
4. Replace the default lines with those found in vehicles.txt.
5. Place all files from the "Auto" folder into:
\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
