Better texture and reduced the size of the blue thingy on the left side to prevent letters from showing over it

This mod gives you an Israeli license plate! Please mind that this is my first ever mod so it's not perfect. (I'll try to update until it's perfect!)

Israeli license plate installation guide:
1. Go to OpenIV/Grand Theft Auto V/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/vehshare.ytd AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EDIT MODE ENABLED!!!

2. Replace plate01 with my modded file.

3. Launch GTA V and YOU ARE DONE!
