This is the texture created in my Texture Creating and Installing Tutorial, found in the Videos section.

Texture made by me for a CVPI.

Installation instructions and credits are included in the readme file within the download.

I have included "police" files to replace the default LSPD CVPI in the game for easier installation.

Alternatively, you can use the texture itself, which is also included in the download, and add it to a CVPI of your choice as long as it follows the same template patterns.
