dlcpacks > md11 > dlc.rpf > md11 > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > vehicles.rpf > md11.ytd

Installation:

add/Replace "md11_sign_xxx.png" with open IV

note: change xxx to your list of livery (ex. md11_sign_2) up to you

You will need to download MD-11 mod before you can install this, as this is just the ytd file you need to replace the original with.
