Use OpenIV to apply the following changes: 1. Add a new livery. Access the file located at: update\x64\dlcpacks\veln\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\veln.ytd Drag and drop the "livery" folder into this location. Upon completion of these steps, installation will be finished!
