Hong Kong Police livery for BMW R1200RT Motorcycle

This update includes the following improvements:

• More realistic paint job
• Battenburg markings now fixed to almost 100% resemble real life
• "警POLICE察" on the front moved upwards

The Hong Kong Police Force uniform will be uploaded later.
