High-Definition Arizona License Plates

This mod is quite straightforward. Installation instructions are available in the readme file.

These plates maintain the randomization feature of standard GTA plates, so they function normally in terms of character combinations.

I created this mod for a 5m clan called Arizona Department of Public Safety, as they were still using standard GTA plates. Unfortunately, the clan owner was rude and dismissive when I shared the mod with them.

Therefore, I am now releasing it for everyone to enjoy!
