Hamburg Police Passat GTE Livery

- Fixed Carvariations.meta entry to accommodate a more modern lightsetting

This is a skin for ObsidianGames' Passat GTE, it is based on a real livery used by the Hamburg State Police.

Hamburg, the city known primarily for crappy weather, its even crappier football team, and spontaneous nighttime fireworks displays during political summits, deployed a batch of hybrid patrol cars of the Passat GTE type some time ago. These patrol cars can drive a full 50 kilometers electrically (imagine that, that's 100 Marks!). Perhaps Olaf Scholz wanted to compensate for the fact that he no longer has hair. Who knows.

PS: The "E" is missing on the license plate in the screenshot, but it is added in the skin afterwards.

If you're wondering "Why another mongrel car with light bars instead of something realistic?!" Too bad if you don't like it, I still like the car anyway, it has something.

Ah yes, and in case anyone thinks they can just steal my license plates: I know what my textures look like (they've been aged for 30 years in German oak barrels). So if anyone tries to tell me that the textures they stole from me were created by Heisenberg, I will bury them alive in Heisenberg and eat their cat at Christmas.
