Hakuchou Motorcycle: Swedish Law Enforcement

This is the creator's first mod, so they ask for kindness in feedback. The mod is currently a work in progress (version 1.0a). While the Swedish police motorcycle design turned out well, there are some texture glitches that the creator believes may be due to a fault in the UV map and are unlikely to be fixed.
