Hakuchou Motorcycle Skin for LAPD/LSPD

Full credits go to nicks0112 for the vehicle model. I only edited the texture for it. The texture is based on the LAPD bike units, although I made some of my own changes to it.

INSTALLATION:

• - Drag and drop the vehicle files into GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday1ng > dlc > x64 > levels < gta5 > vehicles.rpf
