This pack includes the following California license plates:
-1994 CA Plate
-1963 CA Plate
-1969 CA Plate
-1982 CA Plate
-CA Exempt Plate
-1987 CA Plate (Replaces North Yankton)
-2011 CA (v 1.1)

Installation

1. Open OpenIV and enter edit mode. 2. Navigate to your GTA V folder/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf 3. Replace "vehshare.ytd" with the same file from the archive. 4. Close OpenIV and launch the game.

Version 1.1 Update

- Added the 2011 California license plate.
