FPIS Skin Mod: Beloit Police Department

I'm excited to share the Beloit Police Dept texture for the Ford Police Interceptor Sedan. Creating this texture was a bit challenging, but I'm thrilled with the results. This is a texture I've wanted to make for a while, and I'm glad I finally had the chance. I have many more texture plans in the works, which I'll keep secret for now. But I promise you'll love them! Installation Guide:

Open OpenIV and click on the ytd file. Replace "tau_sign_1" with this file.
