Florida Highway Patrol On-Site Command Unit Design

This is a Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) skin for Candice211's "Mobile Command Center 3.0". Since I couldn't find an existing FHP skin or vehicle for the command center, I created this skin. Please note that I only designed the skin; I did not create the model itself. You can find information about the model in the readme file included with the download.
