Florida CVPI Citizen On Patrol Design

Hello everyone, I wanted to try and create a skin for a Police CVPI that resembles a volunteer police car used on most roleplay servers. This is my first attempt at creating a car texture, so please be patient with me. The design was loosely inspired by Florida's C.O.P (Citizens On Patrol) program cars.
