Fix Blue Tint Issue in Real Brand Rims Pack

This is a simple fix (just a recolor) for the blue rotor included in the Real Wheels Pack mod.

IMPORTANT!: All credit goes to @zQrba for creating the mod and all the textures. I simply recolored the texture they included.

Installation:

1. Find the "vehshare.ytd" file that you installed with the wheel mod. The location is: mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
2. Ensure you've clicked the edit mode button before opening the file. Double-click the file.
3. Find the "rotor" texture (it will be blue), select it, and click "replace". If you are not in edit mode, you will NOT have the replace option. Replace it with either the grey or black rotor provided.
4. ???
5. Your OSD about the blue disk is now gone...enjoy!
