To use this modification, you need OPENIV.
Make sure to have x64e in your 'mod' folder and create a backup before installing.
Installation:
- Open OPENIV.
- Navigate to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/vehshare.ytd
- Drag and drop your chosen plate file (plate03 is suggested).
