Navigate to: `C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\488gtb\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\` and import `488gtb_sign_4.png` into `488gtb.ytd`. 2. To enable liveries on the car, go to: `C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\488gtb\dlc.rpf\data` 3.
