Enhanced Textures for Buffalo and Buffalo2 Models

This is a simple re-texture of the old generation buffalo and the new generation buffalo. It adds the DODGE & Charger logos. Use OpenIV to replace the files. The files are located in \x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\. More cars are coming soon. Leave a comment if you want a specific car re-textured.
