Enhanced Ruiner 2000 Scanner

This scanner is designed to visually upgrade the Ruiner 2000 scanner.

Installation Instructions:

1. Launch OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the following file path: update/64/dlcpacks/patchday14/dlc.rpf/levels/Gta5/Vehicles.rpf
3. Replace the "Ruiner2.ytd" file with your chosen option: "[KITT Red Led] or [KARR Yellow LED]."
4. Start Grand Theft Auto V and enjoy.
