Enhanced Liveries for Boeing 757-200 Simulators

This is a texture modification for SkylineGTRFreak's Boeing 757-200. His original mod included six older airline liveries that are no longer in use. This mod updates some of them and replaces others, as some airlines no longer exist.

• AeroMexico (Replaces Northwest - Airline no longer exists)
• jetBlue (Replaces Continental - Airline no longer exists)
• TRUMP! (Replaces US Airways - FOR FUN!)
• Air Canada (Added in v2.1 Update)
