How to install:
1) Extract into desktop
2) Open OpenIV
3) Locate a319 mod and click on dlc.rpf on OpenIV
4) a319\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mq1vehicles.rpf\
5) Open a319.ytd but enable edit mode before.
6)then import a319_sign_8.dds file.
