This is a US Department of Homeland Security livery I made for POLICESCO's Chevrolet Caprice. You can download the mod here: /vehicles/los-santos-police-chevrolet-caprice-ppv
The RAR includes the .ytd file, the textures itself if you want the other liveries and red/blue lights that come with the original vehicle and a custom VCF (els config) for the car.
