East Providence Police Department Supplies

This skin pack is based on the East Providence police department. After watching Live-Pd, I searched for a mod for gta5 and found only a player skin and a gta 5 version. So, I decided to create one myself! The cars are handcrafted (apart from the base car models and templates).
