Dynamic LED Police Siren Light Modifier with Materials

This modification is a fun way to alter the appearance of police vehicle lights. It transforms the typical blue and red lights into yellow and green, while also dimming other lights. Additionally, the numbers on top have been changed to "69," and some side text has been edited.

Installation Instructions:

1. Open OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the following file path: x64e.rpf > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
3. Replace the "police.ytd" file with the modded version provided.
4. Enjoy your modified police lights!
