Diablo Steed Expansion Pack

This is a retexture and modification of the stalion2 vehicle, but it introduces this as a 'new' vehicle rather than replacing any existing ones.

Current Issues:

• No blower functionality.
• Vehicle model modifications are not yet supported.
• The texture could be improved.
• It cannot be purchased within the game currently.
