Custom Tennessee State Trooper Crown Victoria Paint Scheme

This is the Tennessee State Trooper texture. It was my most challenging work yet. This replaces the sheriff vapid.

Installation:

1. Download and install the 1999 Ford Crown Victoria with Whelen Edge Lightbar.
2. Extract my download and open OPEN IV.
3. Navigate to GTAV\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
4. Find sheriff.ytd, open it and replace 99_cv_police_sign_1 with mine. If you want all 8 sheriffs to spawn with my texture, you'll need to duplicate my file 7 times (so you have 99_cv_police_sign_1 through 99_cv_police_sign_8) and replace each.
5. Save as DXT1 and rebuild.
