Extract the .dds files and place them into the fueltr.ytd file. Rename them as follows: fuel_sign_1, fuel_sign_2, fuel_sign_3, etc. All of these have been added and will show up correctly as liveries.
There are some fuel tanker truck skins available, with more to come for different truck types.
