How to install this livery:
1. Download the original car mod.
2. Use OPENIV and go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\bmwm4\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf
3. Add file bmwm4+hi.ytd into the vehicles.rpf
4. Save your changes and you can start the game
