Custom C-130 Paint Schemes for the "Titan" Game

This pack contains custom paint schemes for the in-game Titan aircraft, representing various countries like Argentina, Brazil, France, Germany, Greece, India, Iran, Israel, Italy, Japan, Morocco, Pakistan, Philippines, PLAAF, RAAF, RAF, two options for RCAF, Russia, South Korea, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, and two options for the USAF.

To install these paint schemes, follow this file path:

...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday12ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\titan+hi.ytd and titan.ytd

If you want to keep the original Titan paint, extract the titan+hi.ytd and titan.ytd files using OpenIV while in "Edit mode". Rename the extracted files to something like orig_titan.ytd and store them in the same folder as the dlc.rpf.

To apply a new livery, select titan+hi.ytd in OpenIV's "Edit mode", right-click, and choose "Replace". Select the desired titan+hi.ytd from the extracted zip file. Repeat this process for titan.ytd.

You can preview the livery by opening the titan+hi.yft or titan.yft files in OpenIV's Model Viewer. Note that camouflage patterns won't be visible, but roundels and fin flashes will be shown.

After spawning the Titan in-game using a trainer, select a paint color that complements your chosen livery. Metallic or worn finishes tend to work well.

The GIMP .xcf work files are included for those who want to create their own custom paint schemes. Remember that the camouflage pattern is derived from the desert_camo_256.dds file. Normally, GTAV would use this file from ...\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\vehshare_army.ytd. By placing a file with the same name in the titan.ytd folder, your custom camo will be used instead.

If you encounter any issues, remember that you can always replace the modded dlc.rpf file with a fresh copy of the original.

Enjoy!
