Install:
Using OpenIV, navigate to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
In edit mode, open the "texture dictionary" file for your desired CVPI model and replace the existing skins with those from this download.
UPDATE:
-Improved black and white paintjob for a cleaner look.
-Added a white "Supervisor" paintjob.
