Cosmic Clown Nebula Design

My first mod, so it might be a little amateurish, sorry.

For installation, extract the file named "jester2.ytd" from the archive to your desktop. Using the Open IV program, navigate to the following location:
\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\xmas2vehicles.rpf\
Enable edit mode. Send the "jester2.ytd" file you extracted to your desktop to Open IV and disable edit mode. Have fun!
Note: The original file is available in the backup folder in case of any damage.
