Colorado Highway Patrol

I apologize for sharing so many CVPI textures! I'm new to texturing, and this is my fourth attempt. This time, I decided to create a texture for the Colorado State Patrol. I recently visited Colorado and was impressed by them, so I wanted to bring them to Los Santos!
