Open OpenIV and navigate to
update folder\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Replace the files with those provided in the rar file.

If the car doesn't appear, check:
C:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ )

If the car isn't the correct color, go to LS Customs and change it to WHITE.
