Classic San Andreas License Plates (Addon)

This is a simple pack that adds retro exempt license plates to the game as an addon. You can add these plates to any government vehicle with a simple edit in the carvariations.meta entry for the desired vehicle. Instructions are included in the archive. The pack comes in 4 styles: Municipal (octagon around the E) and State (Diamond around the E), both available in early 90s and late 90s styles. Disclaimer for creators: Based on beta testing with various users, you can pre-add the plate carvariation code to your mods. If a user doesn't have this addon installed, the game will automatically use the vanilla exempt plate. Feel free to add these plates to your retro mods without worrying about users without the addon experiencing issues. You can link this addon as an optional installation if you wish.
