Note: The original file replaces police3, my file is named policet, which is the transport vehicle. You can rename all files to policet and replace this one, or rename all files to police3 and replace the other one, or rename to the vehicle of your choice.

Note 2: The RN Civil Police vehicle is a RENAULT Duster, and this vehicle here is a DACIA Duster, the logo and the radiator grille only change.

Note 3: The RN Civil Police vehicle is black, but I don't know why it got the dark gray color. If I can fix it, I will update the file.
