Installation Guide:

Go to (GTAV\update\x64\patchday11ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5). For example, if you want to replace fbi, search for "police3" in the top right corner and click on it. Look for "tau_sign_1" and replace that. Exit and save. The texture should now be applied in your game!
