Chicago Fire Department Inspired EMS Simulation Framework

This framework draws inspiration from the Chicago Fire Department trucks. The Ambulance depicted in the screenshot is an older version; refinements include resizing the left side, moving the right red line on the front forward, adding two LOS signs at the back, and addressing some sizing inconsistencies.
