Chesapeake & Ohio Railway Locomotive livery

1. You need to replace all freight files with the vehicles files (located at:

GTAV/mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf)

2. Open the freight.ytd (texture dictionary) and replace a_sign_1 with the picture named CS.

After that, you should be good to go. You can check if it works by opening freight.ytd (fragment object).
