Celltower-to-Motorola Signal in Koreatown

This is a simple modification that changes cell tower signals to Motorola tower signals. Installation: Open OpenIV, enable edit mode and go to the following file path: \mods\x64l.rpf\levels\gta5\_cityw\koreatown_01\kt1_05.rpf\ Replace the files in this directory. As always, it's recommended to backup your files first.
