California License Plates from the Late 1970s

This mod changes GTA V license plates to those used in late 1970s California. The creator aimed for authenticity. The mod includes Carcols, Vehshares, and global.oxt files. For carcols, you can either manually replace lines using the provided txt files or use versions adapted for GreenAid (Classic Car Colours). A Readme file explains the process.
