This skin is based on a current unit in the Calgary Police Service fleet, though it does not precisely replicate the vehicle or placement of all graphics. When a suitable model becomes available, an EXACT to SCALE skin will be made.

Installation:

IT'S VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. MAKE BACKUPS!

1. Open OpenIV.
2. Locate where you installed the HVY Insurgent model.
3. Click edit mode.
4. Open the .YTD file.
5. Click IMPORT.
6. Select this skin file.
7. Click ok.
8. Click save.
9. Open the +HI.YTD file.
10. Click IMPORT.
11. Select this skin file.
12. Click ok.
13. Click save.
