This is simply a texture! The model included was created by r* games, not me.

This texture doesn't perfectly replicate the appearance of a traditional UPS Truck due to some complexities.

Installation:

Drag and drop all of the ytd's and .yft's into:

mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday22/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
