Open OpenIV. 2. Enter Edit Mode. 3. Navigate to the following file path in OpenIV: x64e.rpf>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf>open sentinel.ytd. 4. Replace/Import "bmwlivery02.png" into this file. 5.
