BMW E70 Modification: Jam Sandwich ARV

This is a re-skin of 801Godsall's West Mercia X5 e70 (ELS). The livery is an ARV (Jam Sandwich) based off of a number of forces.

Works well with the British SO6 Diplomatic Protection Group officer by festivalmatt.

*Un-zip file first*

1. Navigate using OpenIV to the car files
2. Enable 'Edit' mode
3. open the .ytd files
4. Select car_sign_1 on the left-hand side of the window
5. Click the replace button
6. click save
