Beverly Hills & Independent Taxi Branding and Repairs

This mod adds liveries for Beverly Hills, Independent Cab, and more to the Taxi Pack by israelrsr. It also includes a 'carvariations.meta' file to ensure all Los Angeles taxi liveries function correctly in the game.
