INSTALLATION:

OpenIV: The vehicle files from the original vehicle + the files from the skin go into the following directory:

"GTAV/Mods/Update/Update.rpf/x64/dlcpacks/patchday17ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf"

The ELS file is located in the following directory:

"Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default"
