To apply the "Subway Berlin Paintjob," navigate to the following file path and replace both ".ytd" and "hi.ytd" files:

Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/lasubway/dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles.rpf

Before proceeding, ensure you have installed the original "LS Subway Add-On (Beta)" mod.
